  I took my car in that had some vandalism on one side, dings from parking lots as well as sunburn with the clear coat peeling in multiple places. While working with the insurance company, Newcastle was able to exceed expectations. All along I had planned to address the sunburn issue in addition to what the insurance was covering. They were able to remove almost all of the road wear for the past 10 years. Except for the shape of the tail lights, I see the car that I bought 10 years ago. The office staff is exceptional to work with, easy to communicate with, and works well with the insurance companies. I would recommend this company for big and small jobs.

  I recently got into a bad car accident. My friend recommended that I take my car to Newcastle. When I filed my claim, I explained that I wanted to take my car to Newcastle the agent insisted that I take my car to their preferred body shop. When I went for an estimate Eddie explained to me that I can take my car wherever I felt comfortable. I called my insurance and told them that I was going to leave my car at Newcastle for repairs. Eddie took care of everything with my insurance after that so I wasn't apart of the hassle. I must say that he did an AMAZING job. They are super friendly and take care of their customers. I will definitely recommend this shop to all my friends and family!

  I have never written a review in my life but was so happy with the service i got from newcastle i had to write one. I had some body damage on my s.s. silverado not only did they do an exellent job and make it look brand new agin they did it pretty quickly and made sure the insurance company paid for all the damage. They also fixed a few other minor things at cost. They even got me the parts with their discount so it was litterally cheaper to have them fix those few things(doorhandle,front grille,tailgate moulding) than it would have been to do it myself. I have had some very bad experiences with auto body shops before so I am so happy to have found a good body shop i just had to write this. I will not go anywhere else. And those bad places are Tapo auto body and Next auto body they are both horrible and actually did damage to my truck. Any one asks me and i will tell them Newcastle is the place to go.

  Newcastle the first and last shop anyone should go to. I purchased an 2007 Subaru STI blue and after some time I wanted a change in the color so I took it to the guys at Newcastle and got a fresh new paint job. Went from Blue to Aspen White my car came out looking better than when I first got it from the dealer the workmanship was better than factory. After a few years the car has had some scratches but not to worry cause Newcastle guarantee has me covered called them up and told them about my issue and the first thing they said was come on down and we'll take care of it. Really great service. If you need anything talk to Eddy. He'll take care of you.

  I just got both of my cars fixed here. It was suppose to only one car, but Eddie was nice enough to give me good pricing because I didn't want to use my insurance, so both cars end up getting fixed. They are the most reasonable auto body shop I have ever seen and I have been to few !!! These guys are super friendly most of all on time!! My previous experiences always been that auto body shops are never on time ! Anyway you can't go wrong here !!

  There are not of good body shops out there that are still personable like Newcastle. This shop is a diamond in the ruff. The staff is so friendly and down to earth.   WOW oh WOW! ! What a great job they did with my car!!! The person who rated them low must by on drugs!!! Not only did they fix what I asked them to, but they fixed a dent they found that I didn't know about, and didn't charge me extra! Definitely use these guys, they are best in the valley!
